HEY Y'ALL meet Hana, Hana Usagi!!! A former Neko Ninja, saved by Yuichi and Chizu, later trained by Chizu and adopted by Yuichi (along with the other ninja kittens they saved but sadly I really don't have the spoons to design all of them as adults, at least anytime soon)

She's about 29 years old by the time Yuichi and Leonardo's meet-cute happens (or meet-headtrauma, as someone so hilariously put it and I haven't been able to get it out of my mind since) and very much a grown, independent cat who loves her found family and especially her dad a lot. <3

The older Neko Ninja are starved for positive affection from those they perceive as family, and Yuichi pulls up as a sibling figure without the hangups that come from being raised in the neko ninja crew(they only fought to the death a few times! Isn't that great?) and a free mother figure adult(two if you wanna count Karasu-Tengu maybe)? The kittens need to share right the fuck now holy shit

I have another comic in the idea pile do y'all prefer handwritten or default text for speech bubbles?

Really like this Neko Ninja design, with elements from Usagi Chronicles and Rise. This specific ninja has more of a leading role, perhaps as a Commander of their particular squad. I'll use this design as reference for other Neko Ninjas, but they'll have varying proportions, build, and less armor elements. They'll all have different fur colors, length, and varied styles of headgear, so this Commander is the only one without a mask. I debated a face pattern, but I think the lack of any facial markings helps to disguise them in the shadows. No name yet, but I'll take suggestions. I want to do another specific design, maybe a third one, to follow the lineage of the Usagis, but otherwise I'll just make an extended design sheet similar to a species sheet of different traits, colors, and accessories. When drawing this particular character, I wanted them to look far from humanoid, by exaggerating their proportions. They can stand fully upright, slightly on their haunches (as seen in image), or go completely quadrupedal. I imagine the Neko Ninjas are a bit too similar to the foot in that they are useless, disposable, casually terrible villains that hit it big every once in awhile, so I wanted to upgrade them with this more beast-like image, and maintain their feral, animalistic instincts. Ninjas could run up walls, sure. But these Neko Ninjas are crawling, running, pouncing off walls and hunting their prey, like a pride. You'd never see them coming if it wasn't for their empty white eyes.

My latest painting finally finished!

In the movie "Batman vs TMNT" (2019), mutant ooze released in Arkham Asylum turns Batman's rogues into beasts.

Joker was turned into a cobra. Not as big as illustrated here, though.

About 9"x15", I hope to someday repaint this on a little larger scale.

(The orange background is more intense in real life, and the yellow highlights on the cobra are supposed to be more pink. My scanner, man. *feeehhh*) >_<;;

She's based off the Korat cat breed, her design is partially based off of Tomoe Ame's evil half-sister/cousin in the comics

I hc her to be the neko ninja that puts on the pony head when Kitsune brings the merch and mochi around, she's a little sillay ;3€

my 2 longer form fanfic/fan stories featuring the SRTUC world (one original, one Usagi-TMNT mega-crossover)

maybe some experimental crossovers (non-TMNT)

now, this is not a finite or definite list, many things will probably either change or just plain take a longer time for me to make (looking at u, gifsets) but these are just the types of works/posts I'd like to make eventually ^^

I'm curious.... besides the ship art which has been a constant since before the show aired, what other kind of Samurai Rabbit: the Usagi Chronicles fan works and posts would yall like to see?
